Sustainability & CSR

As part of the LOLC Group which is a leading conglomerate with presence in the foremost economic sectors of Sri Lanka, we at LOLC Development Finance is aligned to the Sustainability and CSR initiatives and vision of the group. We are contributing actively through our staff, involving the communities we serve, towards the LOLC Green Island wide school tree planting project which has been set up to inculcate the habit of planting and nurturing of trees among our country’s younger generation.

Furthermore, at LOLC Development Finance, we believe that the most meaningful way for us to contribute towards social development is through the promotion of financial inclusion – thus, we seek to promote and foster entrepreneurship to address the national issues such as unemployment and social inequality especially among women who have no access to finance in the far-reaches of the country.
